Shipping

You will receive your FO-MO order within 2-3 working days. Our packages are sent with My parcel and are insured up to €250, has your package lost? Then you are assured up to this amount that you will get the money back.

Return or exchange?

Are the garments not quite to your taste or is the size not right? No problem! You can return your order within 14 days at your own expense, provided it meets the return conditions. You can return your package to our head office Ter haarstraat 9-1 | 1053LH Amsterdam | The Netherlands in Amsterdam North Holland. Please make sure that you put in the invoice of your order, which is already in your order.

The return amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days.

If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, the return costs are of course for us. We would really appreciate it if you could send us a message with a photo of what is wrong with the item, so that we can find a suitable solution together!

Return conditions
If we receive an item back that does not meet the following return conditions, we unfortunately cannot refund money. It is then possible to collect the package yourself, or to pay for the shipping costs yourself so that it can be returned.

Conditions:​

- The return costs are for the customer unless otherwise agreed by e-mail / social media.

- The items must not be worn or damaged.

- The order must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
